Return Policy:
BODYJOCK Co guarantees that you will be satisfied with all the products we offer. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please make sure all tags and packaging are completely intact. Please note: Due to health code regulations, underwear & swimwear must be unopened and unworn. BODYJOCK Co does not pay for any incoming shipping on return.
When returning your order, be sure to include a copy of your original packing slip and indicate if you would like a refund, an exchange, or prefer a store credit. When requesting an exchange, please provide the style, size and color of the new item you wish to receive.
For a successful return, please follow these steps:
Please place unworn and unlaundered items, including all tags, in the original packaging in which it was received.
Please include original packing slip with return.
If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.
To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. Many carries offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.
If you wish for a store credit, we will issue you a certificate code of the value of your return which you can use to place a new order.
